Synopsis

Nie Qing Cheng lives an ordinary life, unaware that she is actually a half-demon. After her demon mother died during a time of conflict, her human father raised her as a normal girl, hiding her true identity from the world.

Unknown to her, her mother’s demon clan once played a significant role in shaping the fate of the Qing Dynasty, but their influence declined after the invasion of the Eight-Nation Alliance.

Everything changes when a scientist exposes Qing Cheng’s true form. Suddenly, she is forced to confront a reality she never knew existed.

Caught between her human upbringing and her demon heritage, Qing Cheng struggles to understand who she truly is. At the same time, she finds herself entangled in complicated relationships—including a human lover and another half-demon who competes for her heart.

As danger surrounds her and her identity becomes a threat, Qing Cheng must decide whether her human side can prevail and whether love can overcome the boundaries between two worlds.
