Synopsis
The story begins in high school, where Su Yun Jin is a gentle, quiet student who prefers to keep to herself. In stark contrast, Cheng Zheng is outspoken, confident, and impulsive. Drawn to Yun Jin’s calm nature, Cheng Zheng boldly pursues her, gradually breaking down her emotional barriers.
Their connection continues into college, even though they attend different universities. After years of persistence, the two finally begin dating, experiencing the sweetness and innocence of first love. However, as reality sets in, differences in their personalities, values, and family backgrounds slowly drive a wedge between them.
Unable to overcome these growing conflicts, Yun Jin and Cheng Zheng part ways. Years later, Yun Jin has built a successful career and learned to stand firmly on her own. Just as she believes the past is behind her, Cheng Zheng unexpectedly re-enters her life, forcing both of them to confront unresolved emotions and lingering regrets.
